LTSSMaryland EVV is the Electronic Visit Verification system developed by the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) to oversee the delivery of home and community-based services. This application, compliant with HIPAA regulations, enables providers to securely submit service records in real-time using their smartphones, ensuring accurate and authorized service provision to recipients.

Aligned with the 21st Century Cures Act requirements, LTSSMaryland EVV captures essential details such as the service type, service recipient, date, location, caregiver identity, and service duration. By facilitating prompt data submission, the system supports MDH in its overarching goal to enhance public health and safety in Maryland through preventive measures, healthcare access, quality assurance, and community involvement.
